We offer Bootcamp Classes Monday through Friday (5:15am, 6:30am, 8am, 9:15am, 5pm, 6:15pm, and 7:30pm) These are a group workout filled with an hour long mixture of cardio and strength training. You will be surrounded by encouragement and motivation while you workout! The classes are $15 per class or $60 per week. We also run 6 week weight loss programs for each class time that you can join and will be eligible for prizes for highest percentage of weight lost (1st place-$300)! More prizes can be added based on the number of people who join. The 6 week program costs $300. If you would like more details on this program or on the different classes please contact us!
Total Body Classes
Join us Saturday mornings at 7am or 8:15am for a FUN, BUT TOUGH Total Body Workout! This workout is go, go, go and is guaranteed to get your heart rate up! The class only costs $15! It's well worth your money! If you would like more details please contact us!
Join us Saturday mornings at 9:30am for a fun and high intensity Cardio Kickboxing Class! We do hour long workout on boxing bags which includes learning different kicks and punches used in kickboxing! This workout is guaranteed to get your heart rate up!
