"I met Ian at a time when i wanted to make some major changes in my life. I had heard that there was a Saturday morning bootcamp being held at the park right up the street from where I live. I had just recently started running, and thought why not give this a try, and step things up a bit. It couldn't have been more convenient. Quite honestly, I thought exercising would be one of those passing thoughts, I would get frustrated that I couldn't do it, and be back to being a couch potato, eating everything unhealthy in sight. It was quite the
opposite. The class was inviting, challenging, and motivating. And much to my surprise, I looked forward to going every week. I started seeing changes in my body and my energy level was higher than it had been in many years. People around me started seeing the changes, and the day came that I got to clean out my closet and I was able to replace all my clothes with a smaller size. What can be better for your self esteem?! When bootcamp came to an end, surprisingly to myself, a person who had lived an unhealthy lifestyle for most of my adult life, I was hooked, and stayed on training with Ian. It's been almost a year now, and I am a totally different person. I'm more confident and I look better and feel better than I have in years. I have tried different things in the past to lose weight and to get healthier, but nothing kept my interest for very long. Ian is truly an inspiration, who takes it personal, is accommodating and inspires me to push myself to be a better me. He really cares, and has become a good friend and
mentor. As I continue to set goals for myself, I am thankful that he will be there to help me achieve them, and I am grateful for the impact he has had on my life."

"I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease, (hyperthyroidism) a few years ago. At that time, I was not allowed to exercise due to my increased heart rate (which is a symptom of hyperthyroidism). My thyroid was out of control. Recently my endocrinologist gave me the go ahead to exercise within my “tolerance”. A bit nervous at the time, I decided to try a personal trainer and low and behold, that turned out to be the best thing I could have ever done. My personal trainer, Ian, not only has the educational knowledge and experience, but also, and most importantly, the drive and ambition to help me succeed and persevere. I had a trainer years ago before my thyroid issue and not only did he make me feel uncomfortable, I also felt embarrassed. I gave up after a month, it was horrible. Personality and having a comfort zone is very important to me. I can’t even describe how at ease I am with Ian as I refer to as “Coach”. Let me say before I began training with “Coach”, I could hardly walk around the block without being out of breath. Now, I am running in my workouts and began training with Ian just 2 months ago. I never thought I could run or do 500 arm repetitions in one session (don’t worry he gives you enough time to sip water, lol). I was very worried when starting, I had so many what ifs, like I may have a heart attack or I will have a thyroid attack. Ian has made me feel extremely comfortable and I trust him completely and I would never be doing what I am now without him. Thank you, Ian
If you want a positive change in your life, want to have some fun and plenty of laughs in the process – This is for you. On top of that making a healthier, stronger, leaner body doesn’t hurt either."

"I have battled with my weight most of my adult life. My weight has fluctuated for many years. I've known Ian for many years now and I knew he had years of experience and education in the field of fitness and nutrition. He told me about a Weight Loss Competition that he was having for his clients and I knew I just wanted to join. I knew the competition and Ian would help me to lose the weight I had been battling with. We talked about my goals and what I was looking to achieve through the competition. He designed an individual workout plan for each individual in the competition. He looks at each individual and their goals. He wants everyone to be successful. So far I've lost 28 pounds in 10 weeks and I'm close to achieving my overall goal. Ian gave me the extra push and encouragement that I needed to lose the weight. He is great at what he does and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape, lose weight, build strength or endurance, or to just build confidence. Whatever your goal is, he will work hard to help you succeed."
